Join one of our Scouting Programs:
8 years old, or Second Grade
A boy who is 8 years old or is in the second grade is a Wolf, and his adventures are found in the Wolf Handbook.
In order to complete his requirements for the Wolf rank, he must complete six requirements within the handbook, as well as at least one elective of the den's or your families choosing.
Like all ranks, the Wolves will meet once or twice per month as a den. Additionally, they must participate in a very important part of our Pack meetings.
The Lion program offers Rockaway Township Kindergarten boys an unforgettable experience that includes: an active & fast paced environment, hands on exploration, value based relevant content, and most importantly; focused time together as a family. Everything as a Lion is done with an adult partner.
Our Lions are active both in their dens and within the Pack as they attend and are occasionally apart of our monthly pack meetings as well as having the opportunity to going on the same outings as the older scouts! The boys are recognized for each adventure
Tiger cub Scouts
7 years old, or First Grade
Like our Lions, Tigers sign up with his parent or adult guardian. Tigers and their adult partners are just that, partners. They attend meetings together, go on adventures like field trips together, and complete requirements together, but most importantly they have an awesome expierence together!
The Tigers will meet as a den once or twice a month from September through June, as well as being present and participating in our Pack meetings and special events. They will each be awarded for completing requirements to move them toward earning their Tiger rank.
